From Rahmani Trading Company to "Mani"

 

Family-run business of Dried Fruits started from 1877 and has been handed over from generation to generation in this family.
In 1931, Hossein Rahmani Narajabad established the first factory of this Trading Company.
From 1954, Mohsen Rahmani Narajabad pursued the father's business and within the next five decades developed several completely modernized factories of its own era.  It was during this period that exporting to Russia and Europe flourished.

In 1990, whilst the third generation of Rahmani family joined the father, Rahmani Enterprise was renamed as “East Azarbaijan Company”, after which point several independent factories equipped with modern and advanced European machinery were established, playing an important role in the expansion of exporting products to over 90 different countries.  Resulting in the fact that annually very large amounts of Dried Nuts and Fruits are currently being exported to various locations around the global market.

Trading was enduring in the local companies, whilst running parallel branches in Brussels/BELGIUM & Dubai/UAE.   It was during this period that the Company received several international awards for its consistent efforts and dedication regarding its high product quality, such as:

  • Three consecutive years selected as the best Iranian exporter 
  • The European Quality Award from France
  • The American Quality Award 
  • The German Food Quality Award

In 2004, production and packaging of Dried Nuts and Fruits was established under the brand name of Mani, taken up from the family name, and it was so that the family trading entered a new era.  In year 2014, in line with the structure of the Group companies and the completion of the chain value, all activities of the Group's food industry were concentrated within Mani Food Development Company.

Mani successfully received various national health and safety awards, and in the year 2015, it was selected at the eleventh National Festival "Industrial Hero".

Mani has always endeavored to blend family values, traditions, expertise and experiences from previous generations, abreast with the modern technology in the world and hence has achieved the best quality products packed in the finest way offered to consumers around the globe.
